I bought my hunters from a store called Trustfund in Ottawa a few years ago. The owner and the sales associate were so nice; they didn't carry my size so they ordered them for me and shipped them to Newfoundland since I was only in O-town for a couple weeks. They did take a while to get to me, but they ended up having to come all the way from Scotland since my feet are so darn small, so considering they came from across the pond it didn't take that long. Anyway if you are ever in Ottawa you should definitely check out it.
Hunters are a bit pricey but I wear them almost everyday in the winter and they've never had any holes or leeks. They were worth every penny. And fortunately it almost never gets below -20 in St. John's but we have extremely wet weather so rain boots are perfect for our winters. They're cute and practical. Even celebrities love them.
