Pair #7: Classic Keds

Another not so great fall shoe, at least when it's raining.  Comfortable as clouds on your feet and very cute!

Pair #6: Semi? Combat boots

Not really sure what to call these, but I love how they toughen up an outfit.

These are not the greatest for fall, but I love them.

Pair #4:  Stacked Heels

I've had these boots for a little while, but I read in Marie Claire that a stacked heel boot is in this season. They are fairly comfortable and I love wearing them with jeans to run errands and for going out.

Pair #3: Black Oxford Lace up Flats

An everyday shoe, and perfect for fall outfits, enough said.

Pair #2: 80's vintage heels

Love these heels, they were free from American Apparel.  They are comfortable as far as heels go, and I love pairing them with these frilly lace socks, super flash dance!

15 Shoes: Pair 1

Something I whipped up quickly before I left for my trip so I didn't go another month without posting.  It's a little lame, but it's something.  15 pairs of shoes, a small part of my collection my favorites at the moment and some all stars.  Most of them I choose for fall, but a few more summer shoes slipped in. 

Anyway onto the shoes:

Pair #1:  Suede hiking boots

They are super comfortable and I love that they give an outfit a bit of an edge.  I normally wear them with tights or socks.

I leave for South Africa tomorrow!  I wish I had more to say, but I'm really excited.   I must finishing packing, but you can follow me on twitter, when I get chance to update it, username kellyllee!

Africa Outfits

I haven't been very good at keeping up with my posts, and it's too bad since fall is my favorite season!! Alas, life has gotten pretty hectic. Today is my first day off in about month and I'm going to South Africa in less then a week! So life has been busy to say the least.

There are other big changes as well. For one, I quit my job managing American Apparel, I wasn't sure they were going to hold it for me for five weeks, plus all the bullshit that comes with the job for very little pay didn't really seem worth it anymore, but I will miss my friends and my discount.

Big change number two, I've decided to apply to grad school, masters of applied math. I really hope I get in, but it won't be until next September.

Anyway, my life so far has been work, cat, boyfriend, sleep, occasional dinner with friends, shopping for South Africa, and looking up different universities for grad school.

Africa Outfits by kellylee featuring wayfarer sunglasses

1.  Denim backpack from American Apparel.  We're traveling all around the coast so I figured a backpack would be the easiest thing to carry all my shit in!

2.  Navy bikini, high waisted with a bandeau top.  I really like it and can't wait to swim in the ocean!

3.  Long chiffon skirt. 

4.  Some tank tops, go figure.

5.  a straw hat, I actually picked up two in Toronto.

6.  Sunglasses, I never actually got RayBan's, but I got a few so I had options.

7.  A long sleeved chiffon button up i can wear at night or as a sun cover up and khaki shorts for the safaris.


Anyway, I plan to have some posts scheduled for while I'm a way!  It'll probably be something stupid but hey, it's something!!!
